How Our Free Shipping Works
We offer free shipping on online orders only that are over $100 before tax and that meet the shipping requirements of Canpar or Canada Post, with some exceptions*. These exceptions are in place for very heavy or oversize items, any Sale items or shipments that are sent to remote areas in Canada.

If you are eligible for free shipping, your order will be sent by our preferred carrier in your area with the standard level of service.
*Free shipping applies only to individual items that can fit a 24"x24"x24" box and or are less than 60 lbs.
Remote Area Shipping
Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping cost. We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with either Purolator or Canada Post that you can take advantage of.

HOW WE SHIP:
Most orders less than 75 lbs are shipped with Canpar. Orders over 75 lbs, or over sized products are shipped common carrier freight. Freight customers must accept the order and off load it.
What are the shipping policies?
Deliveries are Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 4 pm local time. In some cases, smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door. A note saying Courier please drop may be required. Please note that larger shipments made by common carrier require a signed acknowledgement of receipt. If your order is shipped by common carrier, the carrier can call you in advance to arrange a delivery time however there is a $25.00 charge. The trucking company will not unload your shipment you must have people there to unload the order. Please ask your Account Manager for an estimate of how many people you will need to help unload. Please make sure that your property is accessible by a 53ft truck and trailer. Please check your order carefully upon delivery. Customer must sign Bill of Lading, trucking company will not reimburse for damages if it is not marked on the Bill of Lading. PLEASE MARK ON BILL OF LADING IF THERE ARE DAMAGES and CALL OUR OFFICE WHILE TRUCKING COMPANY IS STILL ON SITE.
Canpar & Freight Delivery:
Canpar & Freight rates are calculated by weight and/or per package. We calculate shipping costs as soon as your total order is complete. Canpar can leave packages at the door steps. However, freight customers MUST be present to accept the order and OFF load. Or arrangements need to be made to have someone at the designated location to accept the order and off load it. Please check your order carefully upon delivery. Note: Flat beds deliveries can be arranged for large orders. Depending on location we can organize for a flatbed truck with a forklift. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address and with a postal code or zip code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
When will my order ship?
Standard product orders usually ship within 24 to 72 hours (unless otherwise you will be informed) if all items in the order are available. All stalls and welded products are made to order so allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you have a special requirement let us know and we will certainly try our best to accommodate your needs. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery, backorder shipments will have freight added to the cost of the order.
What shipping methods are available?
Standard ground shipping is our main mode of transport; most deliveries are shipped by courier. In some circumstances, your order will be shipped by common carrier due to weight, size and destination of the items ordered. Containers are also available upon request. For overseas shipping and substantially large (Please note that this is based on availability & the size of container) we can quote 20, 40 and 53 foot containers. What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. We source the best rate for you.
How do I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email. Orders shipped by courier can be tracked via the delivery provider's website (www.canpar.ca ). Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information. To track a common carrier shipment, please call our Customer service team at 1-800-461-3362 Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Can I refuse a package if it is damaged?
Yes. However if you have already accepted the package, please call Customer Support at 1-800-461-3362 within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a prompt exchange if you have not written on the bill of lading that there are damages then we will not be able to exchange or return your product.
Remote Shipping Charges Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges when you order.
System Fencing Limited Catalogue & Internet Return Policy:
Our Return Policy: 20% Restocking Fee- Credit only All Returns must be within 15 days. A copy of the customer receipt and original packing slip must accompany all returns. A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase less a restocking fee where applicable. Your purchase will be refunded by way of reversing your original transaction. For purchases made on account, a credit note will be issued on your account. For credit card purchases, a credit card credit note will be issued.
Items Purchased in Our Store, for fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures that you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our associates process your return quickly.
Please call your Customer Service representative at 1-800-461-3362, Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton. Include the customer receipt and original packing slip, then pack and tape your package securely, please indicate reason for return on the invoice. Damaged Items and Shortage Claims please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-800-461-3362 if you have not noted the damages on the bill of lading or with Canpar then we will be unable to issue credits or exchanges.
